OVERVIEW OF PARTY/ITEM WISE SALE IN MARG SOFTWARE

A Sales Analysis report shows whether sales are increasing or declining. During the fiscal year, sales managers may analyze the trends in the report to determine the best course of action.

PROCESS OF PARTY/ITEM WISE SALE IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Firstly, Go to Reports >> Sale Analysis >> Item Sale Analysis >> Party/Item wise sale.

• A 'Select Company' window will appear.

• The user will select the company as per the requirement.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' or Plus '+' key to select a particular company or Press Asterisk '*' to select All Companies. 

• A 'Sales Summary' window will appear.

• From- Enter from which date the user needs to view the Party/Item wise Sale Summary.

• To- Enter till which date the user needs to view the Party/Item wise Sale Summary.

• Operator Name- If the user needs to view the Party/Item wise Sale Summary operator wise, then select the operator.

• Terminal- Specify the name where the system is operating.

• Bill No. From- Enter the bill number from which user needs to view the Party/Item wise Sale Summary.

• Bill No. To- Enter the bill number till which user needs to view the Party/Item wise Sale Summary.

• Sale Analysis with - Select whether to analyse sale with Party or Company or M.R.

• Report Sale-S/R, Detail- Select whether to view the detailed report or summarised report.

• Commission%- Enter the commission value if the user needs to generate the report on the basis of commission.

• Bill Detail- Select ‘Yes’ if user needs to view bill detail otherwise select ‘No’.

• Sales/Free Analysis- Select how to analyse the Party/Item wise Sale i.e. on the basis of sale plus free, sale, free, free only or no quantity.

• Anal. On Rate- Select on which basis the user needs to analyse rate i.e. on the basis of Cost, M.R.P or purchase rate etc.

• Less Returns- Select whether to view sale minus sale return, sale or replacement.

• With Challan- Select whether to view the Party/Item wise Sale Summary with challan or without challan.

• More Item Selections- To view more selections to filter the report, click on ‘Yes’.

• A 'More Options' for filter item window will appear.

• Press 'ESC' key.

• Now suppose select ‘No’.

• Selected Item- Select whether to view the report item wise or not. Set ‘Yes’.

• Selected Station- Select whether to view the report station wise or not.

• Selected Area- Select whether to view the report station wise or not.

• Selected M.R- Select whether to view the report M.R. wise or not.

• Selected Route- Select whether to view the report Route wise or not.

• Selected Party- Select whether to view the report Party wise or not.

• To view the Party/Item wise Sale Summary Report, click on ‘View’.

• A 'Select Item' window will appear as the user has selected to view the report Item wise in which by default, all the items will be selected. 

• To deselect all items, press 'Forward Slash' key.

• Then, press 'Spacebar' key on those items of which the user needs to view the Party/Item wise Sale Summary or To select all items press 'Shift + *' keys.

• A Party / Item wise Sale report will be generated. Press 'PageDown' key.

• As the user has selected ‘Continuous’ so a continuous report has been generated.

1.  Go to Transaction > Sale > Bill.

2. A 'Sale Entry' window will appear > Mention Date > Select Party.

3. On Item Part the user will press 'F9' key > Select 'Sale To Party'.

4. An 'Items' window will appear > Select Item and press 'Enter' key.

1. Go to Daily Reports > Sale Report > Party Sales > Party/Product Wise Summary  .

2. A 'Product wise Summary' window will appear. Feed date range.Select other options as per the requirement.

3. Now, click on View/Print.

4. A 'Select Party' window will appear. Press 'Enter' key for particular party and press '*' key for select all parties. Press 'Enter' key.

After the following above steps user can view party item wise sales report.
