With the help of Marg Software, the user can view Item wise Sale report of Area/Party.

In order to view Area/Party/Item Wise Sale Report, the user must follow the below mentioned steps:

• Go to Reports > Sale Analysis > Item Sale Analysis > Area/Party/Item Wise Sale.

• A 'Select Company' window will appear.

• The user will select company as per the requirement. Press 'Enter' key

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' or Plus '+' key to select a particular Company or Press Asterisk '*' to select All Company. 

A 'Sales Summary' window will appear.

a. From: The user will mention from which date report needs to be view.

b. To: The user will mention till which date report needs to be view.

c. Operator Name: The user will select operator to view report operator wise.

d. Terminal: The user will mention system name to view system wise report.

e. Order From App/Non app: The user will select 'App Order' to view only App Order transaction otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

f. Bill No. From-To: The user will mention from which bill no. till which bill no. report needs to be view.

g. Cash/Credit/Discount: The user will select cash/ credit/ discount to view area/party/item wise sale as per the requirement.

h. Sale Analysis With <A>: The user will Select option to analysis sale with party or company or m.r etc.

i. Report Sale-S/R,Detail: The user will select option to view report detailed or summarised.

j. Continue/Separate: The user will select weather to generate report with separate column or in Continue as per the requirement.

k. Commission%: The user will enter the commission value to view report on the basis of commission

l. Bill Detail: The user will select 'Yes' to view report with bill detail otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

m. Sales/Free Analysis: The user will Select how to analyse the Area/Party/Item wise Sale i.e. on the basis of sale plus free, sale, free, free only or no quantity.

n. Anal. On Rate: The user will Select on which basis the user needs to analyse rate i.e. on the basis of cost, mrp or purchase rate etc.

o. Less Return: The user will select option to view only sale,sale return,replacement etc.

p. With Challan: The user will select option to view report with or without challan.

q. More Item Selections: The user will select 'Yes' to select more items otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

r. Selected Item: The user will select option to view particular item wise report.

s. Selected Station: The user will select option to view particular station wise report.

t. Selected Area: The user will select option to view particular area wise report.

u. Selected M.R: The user will select option to view particular mr wise report

v.Selected Route: The user will select option to view particular route wise report.

w. Selected Party: The user will select option to view particular party wise report.

Click on 'View/Print' as per the requirement.

Suppose click on 'View'.

• A 'Select Item' window will appear.

• The user will select item as per the requirement. Press 'Enter' key

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' or Plus '+' key to select a particular item or Press Asterisk '*' to select All item. 

After following the above steps, the user can view the report of Area/Party/Item Wise Sale Report in Marg Software.
