With the help of Marg Software,The user can generate the report of Free Issued  Items Statement along with party name,bill no and can index the report as per the requirement.

In order to know about the process, the user must follow the below mentioned steps:

• Go to Reports > Sale Analysis > Free Issued Analysis > Free Issued Statement.

• A 'Free Analysis' Window will appear.

Now, Discuss in the detail regarding the option in a 'Free Analysis' Window.

1. Rate With: Here, the user will select the Rate in which rate bases the report needs to be view.

2. From-To: The user will specify the date, from which date to which date report needs to be view.

3. Index on: The user will select in which bases the report needs to be indexing.

4. Total Y/N/S: The user will select here if report needs to be generated on Day total or Total Sum, otherwise keep the option 'No'.

5. Operator Name: The user will select the operator name if report needs to be view operator wise.

6. Terminal: The user will select the option if report needs to be generated system wise.

7. Order From App/Non App: The user will select the option if report needs to be generated with or without App order,otherwise keep the option 'No'.

8. Sale/S.r DropDown: The user will select the option as per the requirement if statement needs to be generated only for (Example:Sale or Sale Return).

9. Selected Company: The user will select the option if report needs to be generated of particular company, otherwise keep the option 'NO'.

10. More Item Selections: The user will select the option as per the requirement.

11. Selected Item: The user will select 'Yes' to generate report for particular Items.

12. Selected Station: The user will select 'Yes' to generate report for particular Stations.

13. Selected Area: The user will select 'Yes' to generate report for particular Areas.

14. Selected M.R: The user will select 'Yes' to generate report for particular M.R.

15. Selected Route: The user will select 'Yes' to generate report for particular Route.

16. Selected Party: The user will select 'Yes' to generate report for particular Party.

17. Print Seperate: The user will select 'Yes' to generate the report of each party/Area/Route/M.R seperately, otherwise keep the option 'No'

• The user will select 'View/Print' as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'view'.

After following the above process, the user can easily generate the report of Free Issued Statement in Marg Software.

• If the user needs to generate the report of Free Issued Statement in 'PDF or Excel' then the user needs to click on the respective icons below the report.

• Suppose click on 'PDF'.

• Press Enter on 'PDF'.
• In this way, the user will be able to generate the report of Free Issued Statement in PDF.

1. Go to Reports > Sale Analysis > Misc.Sale Report > Free Issue Statement.

2. A Free analysis window will appear. Feed date range. Select other options as per the requirement.

3. Then click on View to view free Issue Items Statement.
