With the help of Marg ERP Software, the user can generate the report of Free Issued Items Statement along with Party Name, Bill Number and can Index the report as per the requirement.

In order to view Free Issued Statement, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Reports > Sale Analysis > Free Issued Analysis > Free Issued Statement.

The user will select the below options as per the requirement.

a. Rate With: The user will select the Rate on the basis of which report needs to be viewed.

b. From: The user will enter the date from which the report needs to be viewed.

c. To: The user will enter the date till which the report needs to be viewed.

d. Index on: The user will select the Indexing basis of the report that needs to be viewed.

e. Total Y/N/S: The user will select here if report needs to be generated on Day total or Total Sum, otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

f. Operator Name: The user will select the operator name to view the operator report.

g. Terminal: If user working in Multi user environment so here user can mention the Terminal/System name for which the user want to generate the report.

h. Order From App/Non App: The user will select the option if report needs to be generated with or without App order, otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

i. Sale/S.r DropDown: The user will select the Type of Transaction for which report needs to be generated.

j. Selected Company: The user will select 'Yes' to view the report of a particular Company otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

k. More Item Selections: The user will select 'Yes' for selecting More Items otherwise keep it as 'No'.

l. Selected Item: The user will select 'Yes' to generate report for particular Items otherwise keep it as 'No'.

m. Selected Station: The user will select 'Yes' to generate report for particular Stations otherwise keep it as 'No'.

n. Selected Area: The user will select 'Yes' to generate report for particular Area otherwise select 'No'.

o. Selected M.R: The user will select 'Yes' to generate report for particular M.R otherwise select 'No'.

p. Selected Route: The user will select 'Yes' to generate report for particular Route otherwise select 'No'..

q. Selected Party: The user will select 'Yes' to generate report for particular Party otherwise select 'No'..

r. Print Seperate: The user will select 'Yes' to generate the report of each party/Area/Route/M.R seperately, otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

The user will select 'View/Print' button as per the requirement.

Suppose select 'View'.

After following the above process, the user can view that Free Issued Statement will generate in Marg ERP Software.

• Go to Reports > Sale Analysis > Misc.Sale Report > Free Issue Statement.
• The user will enter the Date range and select other options as per the requirement.
• Then, click on 'View' button.
