Process To Enable Commission For Mr (Salesman) In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Salesman'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• In 'Display Salesman commission on Bill', option the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

Process To Mention Incentive For Mr (Salesman) In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Reports > Sale Analysis > Incentives/Claims > Field Staff Incentives > Item Incentives.

• The user will select 'M.R. Wise Incentive'.

• Now press 'Enter' key on a particular MR whose incentive needs to be mentioned.

• Select the company of the item as per the requirement.
• Suppose press '*' key to select all company and press 'Enter' key.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular Company or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All Company. 

• The user will press 'Enter' key on a selected item for which incentive needs to be set.
• Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot'.

• Now mention the incentive % as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention '10'.

• Press 'ESC' key to exit.

Process To Post Mr (Salesman) Incentive In Marg ERP Software

• The user will create a Sale Bill, mention the date, and select a party as required.
• In 'M.R.' option, the user will press 'SpaceBar' key.

• Press 'Enter' key on a select MR (Salesman).

• Suppose load 'Acnederm Lot' item and mention '1' Qty.
• The user can view the commission will get loaded.
• (Rate * Qty) * 10% = Commission
• (100*1)*10% = Commission
• 10 = Commission

• Now press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Save Bill' to save the bill.

Process To View Item Wise Mr (Salesman) Incentive In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Reports > Sale Analysis > Incentives/Claims > Field Staff Incentives > Incentives Statement.

• Press '+' to select the MR whose report needs to be viewed as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Anant'.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular MR or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All MR. 

• The user will select the options and click on 'View/Print' as per the requirement.
• Suppose click on 'View'.

• The user can view the whole report with the Left/Right Arrow key.
