In Marg software there is an option available to export the selected sale order or transaction in PDF format. To export Sale order in PDF format, the user will follow the given steps:

• Go to Transaction > Sale Order > Modify.

• A Modify window will appear. 

• The user will Select the options as per the Requirement i.e. bill no, bill date etc. and then press Page down key.

• A sale order as on window will appear.

• Press 'F11' function key particular entry which user wants to save into PDF format.

• Then  Select 'Save Bill Format in PDF'.

• A “Save” window will appear in which user needs will define the path to export the selected sale order entry.

• Then click on ‘Accept’.

After following the above steps, the selected sale order entry will get exported into PDF format.
