In Marg software there is an option available to export the selected sale order or transaction in Excel format. To export Sale order in excel format, the user will follow the given steps:

• Go to Transaction > Sale Order >Modify.

• A Modify window will appear. 

• The user will Select the options as per the Requirement i.e. bill no, bill date etc. and then press Page down key.

• A sale order as on window will appear.

• Press 'F11' function key particular entry which user wants to save into excel format.

• Then Select 'Save Softcopy'.

• A “Save” window will appear in which user needs will define the path to export the selected sale order entry.

• Thenclick on ‘Accept’.

After following the above steps, the user can export sale order entry into excel format.
