Cause

This issue appear when item's company has not been selected in the item master.

Suppose In order Number OS00001, user has selected two items. i.e. Cipla & Paracetamol.

But in the item summary report, software is not showing one of them. 

So, in order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below steps.

• Go to Master > Inventory Master > Item Master.

• Now user will press 'F3' key on that item which is not showing in item summary report .

• Suppose select 'Paracetamol' and press 'F3' key on it.

• A 'Modify Product' window will appear.

• In 'Company' option, select 'No' from the drop down.

• A 'Company' window will appear.

• The user will select the company of the item as per the requirement and press 'Enter'.

• Suppose select 'Phizer Ltd.' 

• Now user will Press 'Ctrl+W' to save the changes .

• A 'Save Changes' window will appear

• Now the user will click on 'Yes' .

After following the above steps, all items of sale order will be displayed in the item summary report .
