If at the time of modifying sale order after converting it into the sale bill then this can easily be resolved in Marg Software:

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the given steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Sale Order'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Sale Order' window will appear.

• In 'Modification allowed in Sales Order to Bill conversion' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'Esc' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can easily make the changes in the sale order after loading it into the sale bill.

Suppose the user is loading the Sale Order number 'OS000001' in Sale bill.

As the user can view that the quantity of the product can be easily editable as per the requirement.
