Tax Collected at Source (TCS) is a tax which the seller collects from the buyer at the time of selling the goods. The Government has added a New Sub Section (1H) under Section 206 C which means that a seller who is selling goods within India may require collecting TCS from the buyer. 

With the help of the Marg Software, the user can easily view the party wise TCS Report as per the requirement. In order to view party wise TCS Report, the user will follow the below steps:

• Go to Gst > Tax Registers & Summaries > Sales Register.

• A Sales Register window will appear.

• The user will select 'Party wise Register'.

• A 'Party Wise Register' window will appear.

• The user will mention the Date Range as per the requirement.

• In 'More Options' filed, the user will select 'Yes'.

• A 'Control Box' window will appear.

• In 'Freight/Packing/R.Off /Other etc.' option, the user will select 'Separate'.

• Then press 'PageDown' key on it.

• Again press 'PageDown' key.

• Then click on 'View' button.

• Now a 'Heading' window will appear in which the user can change the report heading as per the requirement.

• Then press 'Enter' key on it.

• Then a 'Selects Parties' window will appear.

• The user will select the Party whose TCS Report needs to be viewed.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' or Plus '+' key to select a particular party or Press Asterisk '*' to select All parties. 

After following the above steps, the user can view Party wise TCS Report in Marg Software.
