Patient wise Sale Report provides facilitates the user to know about how much sale has been made to particular patient.

The report also provides detailed information about the total sale value along with the total number of invoices of the particular patient and the mode of receiving the payment from the patient.

In order to view Patient wise Sale Statement in Marg Software, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Daily Reports > Sale Report >  Doctor & Patient Sale > Patient Statement.

• A 'Patient Statement' window will appear.

Now discuss in the detail the option which we can use to generate the Patient wise Sale Statement.

1. Stock Less : With the help of this option the user can view the patient wise sale report with secondary sales.

2. Add Challans : If the user needs to view the sale report with sales challan then select this option 'Yes'.

3. Detail / Summary : Here the user can select the report type in which basis the user need to generate the report i.e Detail or Summary.

4. Report For: The user can generate a report for sale ,sale return  e.t.c as per requirement from the options available in the dropdown.

5. From : Here the user will select the Starting date from which the user needs to generate the report.

6. To: Here the user will select the End date up to which the user needs to generate the report.

7. Operator Name: In this option, the user can filter the report on the basis of the particular operator.

8. Patient Code : In this option, the user can filter the report on the basis of a particular patient.

9. Prescriber Code: In this option, the user can filter report on the basis of the particular prescriber code.

10. Selected Area: If the user needs the report of any specific Area then select this option 'Yes' so it will be asking to select the specific Area.
