How to resolve this issue if retail billing points do not display in the point summary report in Marg Software?

Cause

This issue appears when the user does not save the details of the Patients/Customers while billing.

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs save the details of Patients/Customers while billing by following the below steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press 'Enter'.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • Select ‘Search in all’. Press 'Enter'.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear, Search 'Patient'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Patient' window will appear.
  • In 'Dropdown List Save 3-Both 1-Patient 2-Doctor N-No Name if not Exists' option, the user will select '3'.

  • Now Press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

  • Now user will mention patient name at the time of billing and press 'Enter' then it will show alert 'New Patient ? Want to feed details?' select 'Yes' to save the Patient.

After following the above steps, Retail billing points will get display in the point summary report.
