• Go to Daily Reports > Sale Report > Party Sales > Party Statement.

A 'Party Statement' window will appear.

1. Stock Less: Select option as per the requirement.

No: Select if the user needs to view the report without Stock issue transaction.

Yes: Select if the user needs to view the report with Stock issue transaction.

Only: Select only if the user needs to view the stock issue report only.

2. Add Challans: If the user needs to view the report with Challans select 'Yes' otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

3. Detail/Summary: The user will select either the report needs to be view in Detail or in Summary.

4. Report For: The user will select the bases of the report as per the requirement.

5. From: Enter from which date the user needs to view the Party Statement Report.

6. To: Enter till which date the user needs to view the Party Statement Report.

7. Operator Name: If report needs to be viewed for the selected user then select it from drop down.

8. Selected Area: If report needs to be viewed for the selected area then select 'Yes' otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

9. Selected M.R: If report needs to be viewed for the selected M.R then select 'Yes' otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

10. Selected Route: If report needs to be viewed for the selected Route then select 'Yes' otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

Now click on View/Print as per the requirement.

Suppose click on 'View'

• A 'Select Parties' window will appear.

• The user will select the parties as per the requirement.

Note: Single Party can be select be selected by 'Space bar' key or plus (+) key and all can be selected by asterisk (*) key.

After following the above steps, the user can view Party Statement Report will get generated in Marg Software.
