• Go to Daily Report > Sale Report > Extra Free & Replacement.

The user will select the options as per the requirement.

a. Report from Date: The user will feed the date from which the report needs to be viewed.

b. Report UpTo Date: The user will feed the date till which the report needs to be viewed.

c. Format Type: The user will select the format type - Item wise/Bill wise in which the report needs to be viewed.

d. Index On: The user will select the indexing method in which the report needs to be viewed.

e. Print Separate/Continued: The user will select the print method - separate/continued in which the report should be viewed.

f. Report for: The user will select All Products/Extra Free Items for which the report needs to be viewed.

f. Calculate On: The user will select the valuation basis - Rate/M.R.P on which report needs to be viewed.

Now the user will click on 'Normal View/Excel' button as per the requirement.

Suppose select 'Normal View'.

• The user will press '+' key to select the company as per the requirement.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular Company or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All Company. 

• The user will press '+' key to select the product as per the requirement.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular Item or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All Items. 

• The user will press '+' key to select the item as per the requirement.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular Customer or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All Customers. 

• Then the user will click on 'View/Print/Excel' button as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Extra Free Issued and Replacement Sale Report will get generated in Marg ERP Software.
