How to View Patient Statement in Chemist Trade

In Chemist Trade, the record of patient is mandatory, and user is also required report/statement in software of the same. In order to view the patient statement; then follow the below steps:

•  Go to Daily Report > Sale Report > Patient Statement. Press Enter

• Select the option of Details or Summary from the drop down list as per the requirement. 

• Then, press F3 key to select the patient whom report the user needs to retrieve from software.  

• A list of patients will appear and the user has to only select the patient from the list. 

•  In next option, select the date range of which report the user needs to view. 

• Thereafter, if the user also requires these options in order to view Challan and selected company report then enable both these options. 

• Then click on View button below to open the report. 

 Now, the user will get the patient statement report on the screen for selected patient.
