• Go to Daily Reports > Sale Report > BRAND/Group/Category/HSN/SAC > Product Summary.

A 'Product Summary' window will appear.

a. From : The user will feed the date from which report needs to be view.

b. To : The user will feed the date upto which report needs to be view.

c. Operator Name : The user will select the operator name to view operator wise report.

d. Mobile No : The user will press 'F1' key to select particular customer.

e. Report On : The use will select 'Brand'.

d. Stock Less : The user will set option as following.

Yes: To view report with Stock Issue transactions detail.

No: To view report without  Stock Issue transactions detail.

Only: To view report of only Stock Issue transactions detail.

e. Amt=Rate*Qty: The user can define the amount calculation as per the requirement.

f. Anal. On Rate : The user will select the Rate to calculate the amount.

g. Report For: The user will select 'Sale'.

h. Sale/Sale+Free : The user will select to view report of Sale/Sale +Free.

Now, click on View/Print as per the requirement.

Suppose select 'View'.

• A 'Select Brand' window will appear.
• The user will select the brand as per the requirement. Press 'Enter' key.

Note: The user will press 'Spacebar' key or Plus'+' key to select a particular Brand or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All Brands. 

After following above steps, the user can view Brand / Product wise Sale Summary report in Automobile setup of Marg Software.
