A customer wise sales Statement report shows the sales done by the Business to the customers over time. The user can view the report of customer sales in given Time in Detail.

In Marg Software, the user can view Customer wise Sale Statement in Marg Software.

In order to view Customer wise Sale Statement, the user must follow the below mentioned steps:

• Go to Daily Reports > Sale Report > Customer Sale > Customer Statement.

A 'Customer Statement' window will appear.

a. Stock Less:  Select option as per the requirement.

No: Select if the user needs to view the report without Stock issue transaction.

 Yes: Select if the user needs to view the report with Stock issue transaction.

b. Add Challans: The user will select 'Yes' to view report with challans, otherwise keep the option as 'No'

c. Value On: The user will select on which value bases report needs to be view i.e, Bill value or Taxable value.

d. Report Type: The user will select in  which format report needs to be view summary or detail.

e. Report For: The user will select 'Sale'.

f. From-To: The user will mention from which date till which date report needs to be view.

g. Operator Name: The user will select operator name if operator wise report needs to be view.

h. Mobile F1: The user will mention mobile no of customer to view particular customer wise report or press 'F1' key to select search customer through customer list.

Click on 'View/print' as per the requirement.

Suppose click on 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view the report of Customer wise Sale Statement in Marg Software.
