How to E-Mail Sale Return Challan entry in PDF format in Marg Software?

Note: In order to use this feature make sure an E-mail Setup should be activated in the Marg Software.

• Go to Transactions > Sale Return > Modify Challan.

• A ‘Modify’ window will appear.

• The user will select the options as per the requirement i.e bill date, bill number, etc. 

• A ‘Sale Return Challan As On’ window will appear. 

• The user will press the 'F11' key on the transaction (which needs to be mailed).

• An ‘Email’ window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Mail Bill Format in PDF'.

After following the above steps, the sale return challan entry will be get mailed to the party in PDF format.
