Cause:

This issue appears when the user has selected 'Save in Other/Personal (No A/C Post)' at the time of saving Sale Return.

Solution:

In order to show Sale Return entry in Ledger Transaction, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Transactions > Sale Return > Modify Cr. Note.

• A ‘Modify’ window will appear.

• The user will select the options as per the Requirement i.e. bill no, bill date etc.

• A ‘Sale Return As on’ window will appear.

• The user will press 'Enter' key on selected entry which is not displaying in Ledger Transaction.

• A 'Sale Return Alteration' window will appear.

• Click on 'Modify'.

• The user will press 'Ctrl+W' key at the end of the items.

• A 'Save In' window will appear.

• Click on 'Save in Bill/CR/DR Note'.

• The user will keep pressing enter then click on 'Yes' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Sale Return Entry will get displayed in Ledger Transaction in Marg Software.
