If 'No Batch Found Want to Continue' alert appears while creating Sale Return / Purchase Return then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

Cause:

This error appears when the user has already defined in control room that software will only allow to take Sale Return for those items which were sold to the selected party.

Suppose viewing in Purchase Return.

Solution:

In order to resolve 'No Batch Found Want to Continue', the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Sale Return'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Sale Return' window will appear.
  • In 'Sale/Purchase Return Batch Selection M-Manual S-Select From Sold O-Open History', the user will select 'M'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

  • Suppose viewing in Purchase Return.

After following the above steps, the user can view 'No Batch Found Want to Continue' will get resolved in Marg Software.
