If Rate does not pick from Item Master while creating a Sale / Purchase Return then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?
If the software does not pick the rate from the item master at the time of creating sale return entry, then this issue can be resolved. In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.
- A Control Room window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.
- A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Pick Rate”.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- A Pick Rate window will appear.
- In 'Return Rate, Dis, Deal from Party Last in B-Both P-Purc S-Sale X-No' option, the user will select 'X'.
- The user will now press Esc key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the software will be picked the rate from item master at the time of creating sale return entry.
