If the cross Sign (x) shows in front of the Item while creating a Sale Return then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?
Cause:
The sign of the cross is shown in front of the item at the time of creating a Sale Return because the user has already taken the return of that item. And after that the sale return has been deleted from the records.
- In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to press 'Delete' key on the item.
- Thereafter the cross(x) sign will get removed in front of the item.
- Now, the user can create sale return as per the requirement.
