Process to Import Sale Return Challan in Marg ERP Software

PROCESS TO EXPORT SALE RETURN CHALLAN IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

• Suppose, if a customer needs the same items of which the bill is already been created then the user will simply press ‘CTRL + O’ key on the Sale Return Challan window.

• A ‘Bill’  window will appear.

• In 'Export/ Import', the user will select ‘Export’ from the drop down. Press 'Enter'.

• Then in ‘Export to’, the user can view the path where the bill is being exported and it can also be changed as per the requirement.

• So, in this way the data will be exported, and a message of ‘Data Exported Properly’ will get displayed.

PROCESS TO IMPORT SALE RETURN CHALLAN IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE 

• Now the user will enter in the company in which sale return challan needs to be imported.

• Suppose, press 'Enter' on 'Marg Distribution'.

• The user will select 'Marg Gateway'.

• Now, go to sale return challan window and select the ledger of that party /customer of which the user needs to import the exported items and mention other necessary details.

• Suppose, select 'A2Z Pharmacy'.

• Then press ‘CTRL+ O’ key here.

• A 'Bill' window will appear.

• The user will set ‘Import’ from the drop down and then press 'Enter'.

• A 'Bill Imported' window will appear.

• The user will press 'PageDown' key.

•  So, in this way the data will get imported and a pop-up message of ‘Data Imported Properly’  will get displayed.

• Now, the user will save the bill by pressing 'Ctrl+W' key.

•  Then click on 'Yes' to save the bill.
