When we load sale order into sale bill than the order is not loading into sale bill

Overview:  In Marg software, the user can load the sale order into sale bill but if the customer is in a situation that the sale order is not getting loaded into bill then follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve this issue:

Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room

A Control Room window will appear.

The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

A Controls window will appear in which the will Search “Other free”.

Now click on ‘Accept’.                                          

An Other free window will appear with an option of “Other Free with Item N/Y/X<W/o Narr> e.g. Lux Free with 10 Kg Atta Change that option as “N”.

The user will now press Escape key twice.

Now, click on ‘Yes’ to Save the changes.

After following the above Steps, the user can resolve the use of “sale order is not loading in sale bill”.
