In order to change party name in sale bill, the user will follow the below steps:

• Go to Transactions >> Sale >> Modify Bill. 

• A ‘Modify’ window will appear.

• The user will select the options as per the Requirement i.e. bill no, bill date etc.

• A 'Sale As On' window will appear in which the user will select the entry in which the party name needs to be changed.

• Press 'Enter' on it.

• Thea a 'Sale Alteration' window will appear.

• Click on 'Modify'.

• Now press 'Space Bar' on party name.

• Now, the user will select the party which needs to be selected in the bill.

• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.

• A confirmation alert of 'Want to Change Party' will appear in which the user will type 'SURE'. Press 'Enter'.

• After following the above steps, the party will get changed of the selected bill.

• Then press 'Ctrl+W' to save the changes.

• A 'Save Changes' window will appear.

• Click on 'Yes' to confirm the changes.
