This option facilitates the user to save some bills in the pending printing list & can print it later. It benefits the user to save the some selected bills (which needs to be printed) & will give a print to all bills at once which saves lot of time of the user to print each and every bill separately.

Process to Print Pending Bills in Marg Software

PROCESS TO ADD BILLS IN PENDING PRINTING LIST IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Transactions > Sale > Modify Bill. 

• A 'Modify' window will appear.

• The user will select other options as per the requirement i.e. bill number, bill date etc.

• Now all the bills of selected date range will get appeared.

• The user will select the bill (which needs to be saved in the printing list) then press 'Enter' key on it.

• Suppose select '0000025'.

• Now the user will click on 'Print'

• The user needs to press plus '+' key on printing window.

• Now the software will show an alert of 'Bill Saved for Printing'.

PROCESS TO PRINT PENDING BILLS IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Now go to Transaction > Sale > Pending Printing.

• A 'Bill's Pending' window will appear.

• The user can view the list of all bills which were saved by the user for printing.

• Now the user needs to select the bill which needs to be printed.

Note: The user can select Single Bill by pressing plus (+) key or 'Spacebar' key & All Bill can be selected by pressing asterisk (*) key.

• Then press 'Alt+P' key to print the selected bill.

• An 'Index On' window will appear.

• The user will select the basis of indexing of bills as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Bill No'.

• A 'Printing Port' window will appear.

• The user will select the printer port as per the requirement then press 'Enter' key.

After following the above steps, the user can save the bill for printing and can print it later in Marg Software.
