With the help of Marg Software, the user can easily export the selected bill into CSV format. But to export it in CSV format, the user needs to select the format in party's other details.

In order to know the process, the user will follow the below mentioned steps:

PROCESS TO SET CSV FORMAT IN PARTY LEDGER IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Firstly, go to Books > All Ledgers. Press 'Enter'.
  

• A 'Ledgers Accounts' window will appear.

• The user will select the Ledger whose bill needs to be exported in CSV Format and press 'F3' key on it.

• Suppose select 'A2Z pharmacy'.

• Now the user will click on 'Other Details'.

• The user can view that the other details of the selected party will get displayed.

• In 'Export Bill format' field, the user will select 'CSV'.

• Then press 'CTRL+W' key to save the details.

PROCESS TO EXPORT SELECTED BILL IN CSV FORMAT IN MARG Software

• Go to Transactions > Sale > Modify bill.
  

• A 'Modify' window will appear. 

• The user will Select the options as per the Requirement i.e. bill no, bill date etc. and then press 'Page down' key.

• A 'Sale as on' window will appear.

• The user will press 'F11' key on a particular entry that needs to be saved into CSV format.

• An 'Email' window will appear.
• The user will select 'Save Bill'.

• A 'Save' window will appear in which the software will automatically pick the default path where the PDF will be saved.

Note: The user can also edit the path (if required).

• The user will click on ‘Accept’.

• The user can view both Excel and PDF will get generated, open the PDF file.
• Open the Excel file, it will display data in CSV format.

After following the above steps, the user can Export Sale bill in CSV Format in Marg Software.
