• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.
• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Last Default'.
• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Last Default' window will appear.
• In 'Party Searching on N-Name C-Code D-Last Default', option the user will select 'D'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• While creating Sale Bill, the user will press 'F5' key on Ledger window.

• A 'Search on' window will appear.
• The user will select 'Find Name' and press 'Enter' key twice.

• Thereafter, the user will be able to search Ledger by Name.
• Now the user needs to Save a bill and after that by Default Name will get auto set to search any Ledger.

After following the above steps, the Ledger will get search by Name while billing in Marg Software.
