Cause

This issue appears when the user using party wise split and selected credit in cash ledger.

Solution

1. Go to Books > All ledgers(Alt+L).

2. A Ledger account window will appear. Select Cash ledger.

3. Then press F3 function key on it.

4. Now select 'Other detail'.

5. A Cash window will appear. In 'Type' option, the user will select "Cash".

6. Then press Ctrl+W to save the changes.
