In Retail billing if software is asking for patient's age and user needs to disable it then this issue can be resolved

In order top disable patient age option, the user will follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press Enter.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

• A 'Controls' window will appear. Then user will Search 'Patient Age'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Patient Age' window will appear.

• In ‘Ask Patient Age R-12.2 year S-12 year 2 month N-No' opton, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press Escape key twice .

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.

After following the above steps, the patient age option will get disabled from the sale bill.
