1. Go to Transaction > Sale > Bill.

2. A Sale Entry window will appear in which the user will press "F2" function key beside the Patient field.

3. A Patient List window will appear. Press "F3" function key on selected patient.

4. A Patient Details window will appear. The use will mention Weight,Sugar,Pulse & B.P. according to the requirement.

5. Now, press Ctrl+W to save changes.
