Cause

This issue appears because software searches ledger based on ledger code by default at the time of billing.

Solution

To resolve this issue user needs to change the searching type on ledger window by following the below steps:

1. On ledger window the user has to press the 'F5' function key.

2. A Search on window will appear in which the user will select Find name from the drop down.

3. Then press enter and search ledger based on ledger name.
