In Marg Software, the user can give a Bill Discount in Both Percentages and Amounts as per the requirement. If the user needs to disable Bill Discount in Amount then it can be done easily.

• The user can view the cursor is waiting on the Bill Discount in amount.

In order to disable Bill Discount in Amount, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.
• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Bill Discount'.
• Now click on ‘Accept’.

In 'Ask discount in Amount N-no P-Purchase S-Sale B-Both' option, the user will select options as per the requirement.

a. N-No: Select the option if needed to disable the discount for both Sale and Purchase.

b. P-Purchase: Select the option if needed to ask for the discount only in a purchase and disable it only in the sale.

c. S-Sale: Select the option if needed to ask for the discount only in a Sale and disable it only in the Purchase.

d. B-Both: Select the option to enable Bill Discount for both Sale and Purchase.

Suppose needs to disable only in sale, so select 'P'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Bill Discount in Amount will get disabled in Marg Software.
