How to enable Series for challan in Marg Software ?
In Marg ERP Software, the user can easily enable the series for challan and create series according to the requirement.
In order to enable series in challan, the user will follow the bellow steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.
- A Control Room window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.
- A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Series”.
- Click on ‘Accept’.
- A Series window will appear.
- In 'Multi Series => Sale' option, the user will select 'Y'.
- In 'Series => Challan' option, the user will select 'Y'.
- The user will now press Esc key twice.
- Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
- After following the above steps, the Series will get enabled in challan.
- Press 'F2' function key on it to create series.
- Then a Series window will appear in which the user will enter the details like Series name, Format for series, Sale Rate etc. according to the requirement.
- Suppose, Enter series name 'AB'.
- Then press 'Enter' to save the details.
