If ' Authorised Store Not Found ' alert appears while billing then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

In Marg Software if while billing an error of ' Authorized store not found ' alert appears then the user can easily resolve this issue.

In order to resolve ' Authorized store not found ', the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

  • 'Password & Authority' window will appear.
  • Select the user to make the desired changesPress 'Enter' key.

  • A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search in All’.

  • A 'Powers' window will appear where the user will search 'Store'.
  • Click on 'Accept'.

  • 'Store' window will appear.
  • In 'Store Allowed W-Whole or 1-Multi or A/B/C', option the user can view store 'A' is mentioned here.

  • The user will remove the Store name.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key.

  • Again press 'ESC' key and click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

  • A ‘Powers Change’ Pop-Up will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

  • Press 'ESC' key and click on ‘Yes’.

  • Now for Re- login the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

  • 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

  • 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' Key.

After following the above steps, the user can view ' Authorized store not found ' will get resolved while Billing in Marg Software.
