If " Authorized Store Not Found " alert appears while Billing then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, if store not found alert appears while billing then user can resolve this issue.

In order to resolve Authorized store not found, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

  • The user will select the operator to make desired changes.
  • Suppose select '02' and press 'Enter' key.

  • The user will click on 'Search In All' option.

  • The user will search 'Store' and click on ‘Accept’ button.

  • In 'Store Allowed W-Whole or 1-Multi or A/B/C', option the user can view store 'B' is mentioned here.

  • The user will remove the Store name.

  • Press 'Esc' key.

  • Click on 'Yes' button.

  • A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear in which the user will press 'Esc' key.

  • Click on 'Yes' button.

  • Now, for Re login the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

  • Enter the User ID and Password.

  • Press 'Esc' key.

Now, the user will Run File Maintenance.

After following the above steps, the user can view Authorized store not found alert will get resolved while Billing in Marg ERP Software.
