While creating the Sale Bill, the user needs to press 'UpArrow' key in the blank line to go back on the Item on which the Status needs to be change.

• The user will press plus '+' key on the item on which the Status needs to be change.

• Suppose select 'Tata Tea'.

• A 'Convert Entry' window will appear.

• In 'Convert Normal to' option, the user will select the status which needs to be mention on item.

• Suppose select 'New Rate'.

In 'Single/All Item' option, the user will select the option as per the requirement.

1. Single: Select the option if the user needs to set the Status for Single Item.

2. All Items: Select the option if the user needs to set the Status for All Item.

Suppose select 'Single' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user can view the 'N' Sign will get appear before the Item Qty.

After following the above steps, the user can Change the item Status in bill.
