OVERVIEW TO SEARCH MR ( SALESMAN ) ON THE BASIS OF CODE / NAME IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Marg ERP has developed a new option through which the user can search the Salesman on the basis of code. The user can also search MR ( Salesman ) on the basis of name wise at the time of billing.

PROCESS TO SEARCH MR ( SALESMAN ) ON THE BASIS OF CODE / NAME IN MARG SOFTWARE

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Party Code'.
• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Party Code' window will appear.

• In 'Code/Name/DLNo/Area/Station/MR/moBile/Code+DLNo+Station-Y' option, the user will select 'C'.

•  In 'Print Party Code with Name (Character)' option, the user will mention the length of the code.

• Suppose, mention '10'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• The code option will get enabled in Selesman (M.R.) ledger master the user will enter the code as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention '001' and press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the details.

Note:- The Blank Should be selected in salesman from the control room setup.

• In 'M.R.' option the user will mention the Code/Name as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention '001' code.

• Then the software will auto pick the salesman on the basis of code.

After following the above steps, the user can search salesman ( M.R. ) on the basis of Code / Name while billing in Marg Software.
