OVERVIEW/INTRODUCTION TO LOAD LAST DEAL, RATE & SCHEME WHILE BILLING IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

Marg ERP develops a new option with which the user can open the history of a particular batch at the time of billing and load the last deal, rate and scheme in the bill.

PROCESS TO LOAD DEAL, RATE & SCHEME WHILE BILLING IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

• Firstly, the user will press 'F10' key on Qty field while billing.

• A 'Select Transaction' window will appear in which the user can select that batch whose last deal, Rate & Scheme user needs to load.

• Suppose select '5778'.

• Then press 'Enter' key on it.

• After following the above steps, the Rate will get changed i.e. Trans. Rate - 5.23, Last Rate - 1000 with the selected batch transaction rate.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Deal Rate & Scheme will get Load in the bill.
