How to disable Item Remark window which appears while billing in Marg Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, if software is asking for the item remark and user needs to disable it then this issue can easily be resolved:

 In order to disable the item remark window, the user will follow the below steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press Enter.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Item Remark'
  • Then click on ‘Accept’.

  • An 'Item Remark' window will appear.
  • In 'Ask Item Remark on N,n-New&Edit/R,r-New&Edit(Purc)/E,e-Edit/F-F2', option the user will select 'F'.

  • The user will now press 'Esc' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

After following the above steps, the Item Remark window will not show at the time of creating New Sale bill, however it will only show after pressing 'F2' key on quantity field .
