In Marg ERP Software user can print Multiple copies of bill while printing. If the user wants to generate PDF file of duplicate invoice then ii can be done. To generate PDF of duplicate copy of bill, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Transactions > Sale > Modify Bill.

• A Modify window will appear in which the user will select option as per the requirement i.e. bill no., bill date etc.

• Now, a Sale book as on window will appear. Select entry to generate PDF then press Enter on it.

• Then click on 'Print'.

• Thereafter a Print window will appear. In 'Duplicate Copy', the user will select "Yes" and then press Page down on it.

• Then click on 'PDF' to generate pdf file oft he selected bill.

After following the above steps, the PDF file will get generated of the duplicate copy.
