In Marg software there is an option available to e-mail the selected bill or transaction in Softcopy format. To mail Sale transaction in Softcopy format, the user needs to follow the below steps:

Note: The user needs to first set Format 'Excel/Csv' etc. in Party Other Detail to export Bill in that particular format. To view the process Click Here.

• Go to Transaction > Sale > Modify bill.

• A 'Modify' window will appear. 

• The user will Select the options as per the Requirement i.e. bill no, bill date etc. and then press 'PageDown' key.

• A 'Sale As On' window will appear.

• The user will press 'F11' key on particular bill whose softcopy needs to mail.

• An 'Email' window will appear.
• The user will select 'Mail Softcopy'.

After following the above steps, the user can Email selected Sale Bill Softcopy in Marg Software.
