Cause:

This Mobile Number window appears when the user has not been mentioned Mobile number in M.R. ledger.

Solution:

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to enter the Mobile number of selected M.R.(salesman) on the same window or enter the mobile number in M.R. ledger detail.
