If Ledger window does not display while creating Sale Challan then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?
In Marg Software, if the ledger window does not display while creating sale challan then this issue can be resolved.
In order to display Ledger window, the user needs to follow the below steps:
- Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Patient'.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- A 'Decimal' window will appear.
- In 'Patient v/s Ledger' option, the user will select 'L'.
- The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the user can view Ledger window will get display while creating Sale Challan in Marg Software.
