If free qty amount is deducting from the bill value at the time of creating sale bill then how to resolve it in Marg Software?
If at the time of billing, software is converting free scheme into amount & user needs to disable it then it can easily be resolved in Marg Software:
In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press 'Enter'.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Free Qty'.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- A 'Free Qty' window will appear.
- In 'FREE Qty. convert in Amount (Net) Y-Both S-Sale P-Purchase' option, the user will select 'N'.
- The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps, free qty will not be converted in amount at the time of creating sale bill.
