If Date Format does not display correct while Billing then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, if the Date format not shows correct while billing then this issue can be resolved.

Cause

This problem appear when the user defines the wrong separator for the date in the setup.

Solution

In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Separator'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Separator' window will appear.
  • In 'Separator used in Date' option, the user will mention '-'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the date will get displayed proper at the time of billing.
