If the item wise free scheme is not picking correctly and software showing an alert of 'Maximum 1 allowed', then this issue can be resolved.

In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Reverse”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A Reverse window will appear.

• In 'Free Calculate in Reverse : Y-Alway D-If Qty < Deal N-Normal' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press Esc key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the software will get the picked item wise free scheme while billing and the alert of 'Maximum 1 allowed' will also get resolved.
