Cause:

The ' Loss Indication ' display in red colour when the Items loaded in bill are in Loss or Near expiry or Expired Items Loaded.

Solution:

Case 1. Item are in Loss due to Sale Rate is less than the Purchase Rate of the Item.

• The user either needs to check Item Sale Rate or Purchase Rate or can ignore it if needs to do billing on same Rate.

Case2. If the user needs to disable Loss indication, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Loss'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Loss' window will appear.
• In 'Loss Indication on >= Amount Y-forcefuly I-Indicate', option the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can disable the Loss Indication display in Red color while billing in Marg Software.
