If Batch wise Rate does not pick while billing then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

Ans.1
  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Rate From'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Rate From' window will appear.
  • In 'Rates from Master/Batch/Date file' option, the user will select 'B'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

  • The user can view batch rate of Acnederm Lot is '₹10'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Batch Rate will get pick while billing in Marg Software.

Ans.2

1. Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

2. A 'Control Room' window will appear. The user will select ‘Search in all’.

3. A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Generate Rate'.

4. Now click on ‘Accept’.

5. A 'Generate Rate' window will appear. In 'Change Y-Always or at the time of P-Purchase' option, the user will select 'P' as per the requirement.

6. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

7. Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

Ans.3

1. Go to Masters > Inventory Master > Item Master.

2. An 'Items' window will appear. The user press 'F3' key on particular item in which batch rate not picking.

3. A 'Modify Product' window will appear. In 'Sales Margin' option the user will remove the margin.

4. The user will press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Yes' to save changes.
