In order to switch to Retail sale bill window at the time of creating purchase bill, the user needs to follow the below steps:

Note: In order to use this option it is necessary the Retail Setup should be enabled in the software.

• Firstly, the user needs to press 'F7' on Purchase Entry window.

• A 'Marg Erp 9+ Accounting' window will appear.

• The user will select Sale > Bill Retail > New.

After following the above steps the user can view that retail sale bill will get opened.

1. The user will press 'Ctrl+J' on purchase window.

2. A 'Switch Over' window will appear. The user will select 'Data Entry'.

3. A 'Marg Erp 9+ Accounting' window will be appear. The user will select 'Sale'.

4. A 'Sale' window will be appear. Now select 'Bills Retail'.

5. A 'Bills Retail' window will be appear. The user will click on 'New'.

6. A 'Sale Entry' window will be appear. The user will create Retail Sale bill as per the requirement.

7. Now the user will press 'Ctrl+W' key to save.

NOTE : 'Ctrl+J' Option can be use anywhere in the software.

On 'Purchase Entry' window > press 'F2' key on Item Part.
